Playhouse Pilates has sponsored the development of this new, patented and revolutionary direct spring resistance method over the last few years and it has been an amazing journey. The CoreSpring® Method has been presented nationwide at SCW, IDEA and other conferences to fitness enthusiasts and professionals and the reception has been remarkable. This November 7 & 8 in San Diego with SCW Mania at the Athletic Business Show, Charlyn will be presenting classes and doing Live Demonstrations of CoreSpring® Pilates on Friday 11/7 and 11/8!
