Peak Performance Foundation Package
Performing Arts Training
Align yourself with your peak performance potential
Peak performance is more than performing in a theatrical production or athletic competition. It's a process of learning that enables us to access the full potential of our mind and our body by using them together through artistic expression.
We specialize in using the Chekhov Technique* to explore this potential and unlock your mental and physical flexibility. Learn how to gain poise, achieve vocal and physical confidence, process anxiety, organize your thoughts, inspire and exercise your imagination and more. This introduction to our philosophy and approach to Performing Arts training and coaching is open to all levels of experience from novice to professional!

*For those unfamiliar Michael Chekov was a top student of the infamous Stanislavski, renowned Russian actor and acting coach and renowned author of the book On The Technique of Acting. The extensive exercises he created are designed to inspire imagination as well as nurture both the individual and the ensemble creative process.
